59 years gentleman came with pain in right hip region and difficulty in walking for the past 6 months. Patient had history of surgical intervention of right hip 3 years back in the form of DHS with screw fixation was done elsewhere. His recent xray showed right arthritic hip with DHS screw backout .
On clinical examination surgical scar mark normal and infection markers were found to be normal , thus he planned for Uncemented Hip replacement surgery . Post op xray showed well press fit Uncemented hip prosthesis .
Patient is walking comfortably with support and we routinely perform such complex hip replacement surgeries with great outcomes.
